Orchard's Vision is to become a brand-supplier of high-quality Behavioural Simulation to Customers and Network Partners in the global training market.
Our Mission is to design, produce and implement Simulation Authoring Systems and Senario-Based Simulations, used globally in Consultive Managment Training and Developement.
We will do this through: Working directly with our Customers or through a select group of International Network Partners, providing multi-lingual production and delevery capability close to our Customers` location. Ensuring that our Customers' investment in training activities represents value for money, is linked to clear learning objectives and is related to well defined Business Goals. Producing and licensing generic simulations, initially in areas such as Change, Leadership, Effective Teams, Key Account Management, General Management and Project Managment. Constantly improving our own capability through updates to simulations, courseware and the Simulation Generator™ and make these products and updates available to all licensed business relationships. Increasingly placing the power of simulation-creation in our clients' hands, providing all the necessary training and support. Adapting our support and pricing policy so as to provide quality assistance to our customers, small or global alike.
